Wendy’s No-Bake, Guilt-Free Chocolate Superpower Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup coconut crystals
1/2 cup almond butter*
15 drops liquid stevia or to taste
3 cups gluten-free quick oats
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions
Melt the coconut oil, coconut crystals, cacao powder, almond milk &
almond butter. Heat on low until smooth. When melted, turn off heat
and add in the stevia and vanilla. Then add the oats. Mix well.
Spoon onto wax paper to the size you want, cool in the refrigerator
on cookie sheet until hardened. Once hard can move to bowl for
storage.

Most of the cancer websites that have nutritional advice say that cancer patients should not eat sugars of any kind, and this would include coconut sugar. Would xylitol or erythritol work in this recipe? I think that is okay because it’s not a sugar, although sweet.

I’ve made these cookies several times & they are delicious! Make sure to store them in the fridge because they do tend to melt a bit.
