Here is something I eat when I want to feel like I am eating cereal… many people ask what I eat.. I drink 3 liters of water a day and 64 ounces of juice at least… Then all organic, nothing from a box and have decreased my meat intake and have on occasion… never thought I would eat this instead of boxed cereal but I do, plain or with a little almond milk…you won’t miss your Rice Krispies with this recipe and it fills you up.
Best thing about this recipe you can ADD MORE OR DELETE an ingredient depending on your diet, what disease you are fighting or if you are just starting to eat better

Is the honey okay if you are trying to stay away from sugar. Do you have to eliminate all sweet things, even natural, if you have cancer?
I make a similar “granola” with raw, dehydrated nuts. I do toast the coconut in a pan, which gives the whole mixture a toasty flavor.
This sounds delicious!!
Is this considered one serving?
I do not have cancer – have not been diagnosed with cancer but I do know good gluten free recipes when I see it.
